Starting a Neighborhood Watch Group: March 27th, 2014 at 7:00 PM

NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH NEWS Silver Lake/Franklin Hills Northeast Station March 2014 Hello everyone, Neighborhood Watch is one of the most effective and least costly ways to prevent crime and reduce fear in your neighborhood. The program calls upon residents to step forward and assist the police in organizing the community into a cohesive unit working toward the goal of building a safer, crime-free neighborhood. On March 27th, 2014 at 7:00 PM at the Jewish Community Center 1110 Bates Ave (corner of Bates/Sunset) there will be informational discussion on how to either start up, renew or get some ideas on how to run a Neighborhood Watch Group in your area. Come meet others who have had great success with their groups and to meet LAPD officers who patrol your neighborhood.
